4. Storage‑Specific Rules and Conditions
Additional terms and conditions apply to any reservation or rental of a self‑storage unit. By proceeding with a reservation or rental, You agree to adhere to the rental terms and conditions, including timely payment of all fees and compliance with facility guidelines. Breach of these terms may result in cancellation of Your rental, denial of access, forfeiture of payments, and/or charges to cover costs incurred.
You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws. You will provide authentic and accurate information when requested. You agree not to post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content, nor interfere with other Users’
access to the Platform. You agree to indemnify and hold Dam Safe Storage, LLC harmless from all claims or losses arising from Your actions or omissions.

Any notices to the Company shall be sent by email to damsafestorage.ar@gmail.com or mailed to 1210 Bull Shoals Dam Blvd, Bull Shoals, AR 72619. Notices to You shall be sent to the email or mailing address provided during registration.
We may modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be reflected on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Neither Party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or network failures.
